Terms & Club Rules
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These are the house rules for PLAY TERMINAL PC CLUB. Booking a desk or playing on the floor means you are happy to follow them. They exist to keep the room fair, the gear working and every session comfortable.
Hours
The club runs Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 02:00, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 06:00, and Sunday from 11:00 to midnight. The Stand bar stays open through the late blocks. Last entry is one hour before close, and we ask you to wrap up so staff can reset the floor.
Bookings
- A booking holds your desk type and time; walk-ins are welcome when there is space.
- Time is charged by the hour or by evening and night blocks, with height adjustments and breaks included.
- The optional break timer pauses the clock while it runs, so a stretch never costs you paid minutes.
- Arrive within fifteen minutes of your slot; after that we may release the desk to someone waiting.
- Need to cancel or move a booking? Let the front desk know ahead of time and we will shift it.
On the floor
Keep it easy for everyone around you. Use headphones, keep voices reasonable during quiet night blocks, and give neighbouring players room. Food and drink are fine at the desk with a lid on anything spillable, but please bin your rubbish. Treat staff and other members with the same respect you would want back.
Desks, chairs and gear
- Raise and lower desks with the buttons only — never lean or push on a moving desk.
- Save your seated and standing heights to the memory slots; reset them when you leave.
- Adjust chairs and lumbar support to suit you, then return them roughly as you found them.
- Tell staff at once if a station, screen or chair is faulty rather than working around it.
- You are responsible for damage caused by misuse; normal wear is on us.
Age and conduct
Younger players are welcome with the sign-off their guardian and local rules require. Anyone acting in a way that spoils the room for others — harassment, rough handling of gear, ignoring staff — may be asked to leave without a refund. We would always rather have a quiet word first.
Entertainment only
PLAY TERMINAL PC CLUB is a place to play, compete on points and time, and move at your own pace. Scores and rankings are for fun and bragging rights, nothing more.
